Our History
Caribbean Tax Company (CTC) has been established in 2017. Walter Putman started the company. Walter is an experienced international tax lawyer, with a university degree in tax law. Just after finishing his study in 2003, Walter started his career in Curaçao. After a few years, Walter decided to continue his career in the Netherlands at Deloitte Amsterdam. In 2016 he got the opportunity to move back to the Dutch Caribbean.
Year by year we have seen a growth in our client base and per 2021 Joris Mulder joined the company. Joris started his career at Deloitte Amsterdam. He continued his career as inhouse tax manager at one of main media companies of the Netherlands before moving to the Caribbean and dive into the tax advisory services sector again.
Joris and Walter together are partnering in CTC and form the perfect team to address all your taxation related questions.
